A Visual Novel!

Good afternoon, everyone!

I wrote a short story over the past few days. It started as an experiment in how much I can convey with only dialogue. No tags. No narration. Nothing but dialogue. It was an interesting experiment! I was going to release that short story as it was on Sofurry or furaffinity or wherever short stories are posted, but my friend told me to make it into a visual novel because he doesn't know how to read if he doesn't press enter each line. (I am also the same way)

Anyway, hence a new visual novel! Unfortunately, I am currently pore, and not able to afford art. I will rectify this soon when I get the chance, and I will pay an artist to commission a nice little CG or art piece of these two characters. Until then, you will have to use your imagination. Not all is lost, though! I did make a nice little soundtrack for the VN, so you can listen to some nice easy tunes while you play or on your own time. The link is in the page description and on my soundcloud which is here: https://soundcloud.com/saturnascends

I don't  have anything else to add. Work is still being done for Fields of Spring. Thank you for your patience there. Enjoy this cute little short story, and never forget that there's nothing wrong with asking for help.

Love y'all
Eymon

p.s. I did a tiny bit of a re-branding. You like it?

Ah, using the playwright's style in the medium of prose, eh? That does sound like fun. Clarifying question, how extensive is this inability to read without pressing 'Enter' after each line—merely within digital fiction, within broader digital media generally, or further still? I have not heard of this phenomenon before.

It's all-encompassing, and debilitating. It is terminal, too. :'(

That is unfortunate, but far from irreparable. Not even a printed book? The right ones are worth their weight in gold for only a fraction of the cost, or even free of charge if borrowed from a library.
